The weekend begins with a Friday dinner inspired by Mediterranean flavors, prepared at a calm pace for the first evening.

On Saturday we invite you to Kalimera Breakfast — a breakfast with Greek accents, light products, and elements inspired by the longevity idea.

The highlight of the edition will be Athenian Night in White with dinner, a special musical setting, and THE SEA Fortune-Telling Lounge.

On Sunday, Guests will start the day with a peaceful breakfast, without rushing. At check-out they will also receive the THE SEA farewell taste — an in-house surprise.

Selected activities and sessions take place in small groups and require prior booking at reception. The number of places is limited.

Wellness is one of the key elements of this edition. From Friday to Sunday, Guests can take part in daily sea-inspired activities: calm movement, mindful breathing, and regeneration.

The weekend will open with an Aegean sauna ritual with herbal aromas and intimate sessions. Over the following days, the program will be complemented by morning activities and a return to balance on Sunday.

Throughout the entire weekend, the wellness area, pool, and saunas will be available during extended hours — daily from 7:00 to 24:00. This way, everyone can start the day with a relaxed wellness morning or end it with an evening wind-down.

Selected activities and sessions take place in small groups and require booking at reception.

The package has been designed primarily for adult Guests looking for a calm weekend, wellness, and regeneration.

Children may stay as part of the resort’s reservation rules; however, the edition program does not include separate animations or activities prepared specifically for the youngest guests.

THE SEA Wellness Resort is located on the beach in Międzyzdroje, at the edge of Woliński National Park.

The Baltic Sea in November, the rhythm of waves, and the resort’s peaceful space create a natural backdrop for a weekend of recovery. The program has been designed so Guests can experience it at their own pace—enjoying wellness, music, dining, and intimate experiences available exclusively during this edition.

On Saturday, we invite Guests to create the atmosphere of an Athenian evening in white together.

Dress code: a full white outfit or a selected white clothing item.

Selected activities, sauna sessions and experiences in the Harmony Room take place in small groups. Limited places are available, so advance reservations at the reception are required.
