A day at THE SEA begins with a buffet breakfast served from 08:00–11:00. No rush—with time for good coffee and a calm start to your beach day.

At Horizon restaurant, we serve THE SEA comfort food—familiar flavours presented today, with a focus on quality, seasonality and the Chef’s signature touch. Cuisine you will want to return to: relaxed, refined and part of the resort’s seaside rhythm.

Before arrival: plan your rhythm

Even before arrival, you can plan the key elements of your stay with the THE SEA team: choose LLUM SPA treatments, view the wellbeing programme and allow enough time for wellness, the beach and relaxation.

That way, you need not organise anything after arrival.

Arrival day: ease into the THE SEA rhythm

A welcome wellness gift awaits in your room, beginning your regeneration experience.

We set no pace on the first day. Enjoy wellness, saunas, the pool, jacuzzi, a treatment, or simply head to the beach and ease into your stay.

Full stay day: regenerate your way

The day starts with breakfast; you choose its rhythm.

Combine wellbeing activities with an LLUM SPA treatment, time in the sauna or pool, a workout, a beach walk and relaxation.

Programme available but doesn't fill the whole day. At THE SEA, unplanned time is also regeneration.

It includes simple tips and rituals for breathing, movement, sleep and rest that you can naturally bring into daily life.

After returning: regeneration that lasts

Your stay need not end when you leave THE SEA.

You return with your own plan and simple practices to help maintain a calmer rhythm at home — without pressure or another to-do list.

At THE SEA, movement restores energy rather than taking it away. Each day, guests can enjoy a signature wellbeing activity programme, created at a calm pace and based on the resort’s current schedule.

The programme may include morning beach movement, stretching and mobility, breathwork and meditation, aqua wellbeing, Tibetan and crystal bowl sessions, and heat–cold-inspired rituals. Some experiences take place on the beach or around Wolin National Park.

Guests also have access to a gym with TECHNOGYM equipment and a space for mindful movement. Those who prefer their own pace can enjoy a beach walk, a workout or simply time to recharge.

Wellness at THE SEA is time to recharge in the rhythm of the sea, with water, warmth, calm and Baltic

Guests can enjoy an indoor pool with sea views, a relaxation area, an indoor jacuzzi and an outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace, where warm water meets the sea breeze and open horizon.

The area is completed by three saunas: a Finnish sauna with sea views, a steam room and a bio sauna. A space designed around warmth, breath and calm recovery.

As part of the package, guests also receive a 400 PLN voucher per room and stay for selected LLUM SPA treatments and rituals.

We recommend booking treatments in advance, so that only what matters most remains on site: time for yourself.

THE SEA is a 16+ wellness resort created for peaceful rest, recovery and time without excess stimulation.

The package is available to guests aged 16 and over. The 16+ concept keeps the wellness area, shared spaces and entire stay calm and adult in character.

THE SEA is located on the beach in Międzyzdroje, in a quieter part of town, right beside Wolin National Park.

The sea is a natural part of your stay—from a morning beach walk and a moment to breathe between treatments to an evening overlooking the horizon. Direct beach access lets you enjoy it whenever you wish, without driving or extra planning.

Nearby Wolin National Park also offers opportunities for walks and contact with nature beyond the resort.

The beach, sea and forest are part of THE SEA’s daily
